Qatar University

Qatar University has been the primary higher education institution in Qatar since its establishment in 1977, and today, it stands as a beacon of academic excellence and scientific research in the Arab region.

The university offers a wide range of academic programs, including 50 undergraduate programs and 46 graduate programs, all tailored to meet the needs of the Qatari society.

During the World Aquatics Championships, the university's sports facilities, especially the swimming pool located within the sports complex, will be used as a training venue for competitive swimmers participating in swimming and open water swimming competitions.
